A pretty good day, though I didn't journal my points. I ate quite well, the only glitches were a muffin for breakfast (why didn't I go to Jamba Juice??) and 3 of Gil's mini cookies. Did manage to squeeze in a little yoga - the P90X videos kick my tail, and 20 minutes was all I could handle. I ate a muffin and nonfat latte for breakfast, and a huge salad for lunch with lots of fruit. Very colorful. Had an apple for an afternoon snack, and three of Gil's mini cookies. It's really hard at lab to walk past that table several times a day and not take something! For dinner Jay and I had a vegan rice salad I got from Oh She Glows, and then 2 small squares of dark chocolate.

Food: Didn't track, but ate well
Activity: 20 min P90X Yoga
Wore: Lands End wide-leg chinos, white tank top, purple portrait collar sweater
